Needs Assessment

Our company’s needs assessment process is a comprehensive approach tailored to meet the unique requirements of each of our clients. It usually begins with an initial phone call where we engage in a detailed conversation to understand the specific needs, goals, and vision of the project. Following this, our expert estimators provide a thorough on-site evaluation to gather the essential information they need to fit the right product and the right team to your project. We believe in transparency, and our detailed estimate outlines all aspects of the project. Once the project starts, our project team will do one final walkthrough to make sure that everyone is on the same page and nothing is overlooks. This meticulous process ensures that we deliver superior, dependable, proven results that align perfectly with our clients’ expectations.

Dependable Performance

Before starting, your project manager will confirm actual start time and entry to the property, go over a suggested project preparation list, and answer any questions you may have. On initial arrival, the team will review with you your expectations for security, cleanliness, and other necessary details. At the end of each day, each finished room will be cleaned up and furniture returned to its original order. It is not always possible, but our team makes every effort to finish each room they start in a given day, leaving you with minimal inconvenience.

Plan of Action

Your project manager will come prepared to take accurate measurements and notes on the specifics of your project. Their job is to make sure that they help you decide on a plan of action that fits your home’s unique needs. They’ll also go over our Process in more detail with you so that you have a good understanding of how the project will progress and what to expect at each step. And finally, they’ll review the plan with your team lead at the start of the project. In turn, your team lead will make sure that they are reviewing the plan each day on your project so that everyone is on the same page and that expectations and concerns are being met and handled professionally.

Quality Review

After work is completed, but before the crew leaves, our team will inspect every room with you and complete checklists to ensure each room is finished to your satisfaction. They will then request your signature indicating that all inspections have been completed to your satisfaction and will facilitate making final payment per contract terms. Finally, your project manager will follow up with an email and a call to ensure that your vision, needs, and concerns were all satisfied throughout the phases of your project and to invite/guide you to provide us with an official review on Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc.
